- The Project Engineer Senior Executive is responsible for supervising and monitoring civil and structural works at project sites to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. - Management Support
- Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is under control.
- Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project.
- Document Works
- Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
- Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents.
- Reporting Works
- Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
- Communication and Coordination
- Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary.
- Others
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or higher-level management.
