Tổng quan

  • Accounting Management: Ensure accurate daily accounting operations in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
  • Cash Flow Management: Managing daily monetary transactions, including payables, receivables, and ensuring sufficient working capital to meet financial obligations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with supporting analysis for management decisions.
  • Costing & Analysis: Manage cost accounting for raw materials, production processes, semi-finished and finished goods; review standard vs. actual cost variances and provide recommendations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, as well as creating long-term financial forecasts and revenue projections to guide company strategy.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations to minimize tax risks.
  • Audit & Internal Control: Support internal control systems, coordinate with auditors, and ensure financial transparency.
  • Cost & Expense Control: Monitor production costs and departmental expenses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach the accounting team, improve professional capability and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/managerial accounting role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
  • Proficient in general ledger, cost accounting, financial reporting, and tax filing.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and strong in Excel/analytical tools.
  • Good command of English or Chinese (Chinese is a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead an accounting team and drive process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, high integrity, resilient, with strong communication and coordination skills.
