Tổng quan
- Supervises and coordinates production processes from raw materials to packaging
- Ensures production targets through quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
- Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress
- Ensure process compliance and stable operations
- Ensure in-process quality control and compliance with the standards
- Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development
- Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage
- Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain FeMo production documents
- Drive continuous improvement in FeMo production
- I. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- II. Skills:
- Proficient English in communication and reporting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes
- Production Planning and Coordination Skills
- Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems
- III. Others:
- More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company with the same position
- Have knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage
- Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
- Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred
- Age 25 ~ 35
- Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
