Reporting line: Sales Manager
Subordinate: None
Assist the Supply Chain and Sales with day-to-day customer inquiries, order processing, after-sales support, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and experience.
Provide timely, accurate, and thorough responses to customer questions regarding products, features, and order status.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly to ensure data accuracy and facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor order delivery schedules and coordinate with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met with customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales and collection reports to support departmental performance tracking.
Prepare and deliver invoices promptly to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
Liaise with various departments to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
Attend all customer’s enquiries on product related, product features, and to ensure KPIs
Compile sales and collection reports.
Adhere to Company’s certification body standards of operations ie; ISO.
Provide services to intermediaries and maintain close relationship with key business partners.
Participate in system enhancement projects and/or other business initiatives projects.
Undertake assignment from superior from time to time.
