Tổng quan

Manage and lead the IE team to ensure production efficiency.
Analyze the sewing process, line layout, and line balancing to improve productivity.
Develop, update, and manage labor standards (SAM/SMV) and process standards.
Monitor productivity and production efficiency, and propose improvement solutions.
Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and Order Management departments to implement new product codes.
Train, guide, and evaluate IE staff.
Implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S projects to optimize costs and enhance production efficiency.
Report departmental performance results to the leadership team.
Capable of creating jigs and fixtures and implementing improvements.
Proficient in operating automated machines (automatic quilting machines, electronic programmable machines, etc.) and specialized machinery.
