Tổng quan

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
Design and implement Campus Recruitment and Young Talent programs in partnership with universities.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, social media and referrals; build and maintain talent pipelines.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Develop and continuously improve recruitment SOPs, guidelines, templates and processes
to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices.
Coordinate with Regional and HQ HR teams to align and standardize recruitment
processes, guidelines, templates, systems and related documentation.
Plan and monitor recruitment budget and expenses.
Track and evaluate recruitment effectiveness through key metrics, including Time-to-Fill, source effectiveness and hiring conversion.
Build and systemize candidate sourcing data and talent databases to support current and future hiring needs.
Support Employer Branding and recruitment-related activities when required.
Support Performance Management/KPI, C&B and other HR activities as assigned.
