Tổng quan

  • Installation & Commissioning:
  • Install packaging machines, food processing equipment and automation systems.
  • Perform electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and machine adjustments.
  • Configure PLC, HMI, Servo, Inverter, Vision System and peripheral equipment.
  • Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
  • Ensure machines achieve required productivity, accuracy and safety standards before customer acceptance.
  • Preventive Maintenance:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect machine condition and recommend maintenance plans.
  • Replace wear parts and consumable components.
  • Improve equipment reliability and maximize machine uptime.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair
  • Diagnose electrical, automation, pneumatic and mechanical failures.
  • Analyze root causes using systematic troubleshooting methods.
  • Restore machine operation in the shortest possible time.
  • Provide permanent corrective actions to prevent repeated failures
  • Customer Technical Support:
  • Train operators and maintenance teams.
  • Guide customers on machine operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through professional after-sales service.
  • Respond quickly to emergency service requests.
  • Technical Documentation:
  • Prepare professional Service Reports after every visit.
  • Update maintenance history.
  • Create technical reports and improvement proposals.
  • Recommend spare parts for preventive maintenance.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Learn new technologies from overseas suppliers.
  • Participate in technical training programs.
  • Share technical knowledge with colleagues.
  • Propose improvements for products and services.
