Tổng quan

Works closely with suppliers, manufacturing, R&D, and customers to prevent defects, improve yield, and support mass production.
Conduct quality inspections and root cause analyses to resolve production issues.
Collaborate with customer, suppliers to improve material performance and compliance with specifications
Implement quality standards and provide training to internal teams.
Monitor and document process improvements, reducing defects.
Maintain clear communication with international partners.
Bring up the tester, tools, Jigs and ensure the testing results are accurate.
Build the SOP for inspection
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply chain/Industrial management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on materials management, production planning, or coordination.
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
ISO 9001 & 14001 Standards
Six Sigma Methodologies
Strong knowledge Tools/Jigs design (Cad, Fusion, Solidworks)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Marco), and related tools
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Communication skills
Fluent in Enlish 3ppls
Fluent in Chinese 1ppls
Skills in creating reports using PowerPoint and presentation.
