- Build backend services using Django / FastAPI
- Design and optimize LLM pipelines for conversation processing
- Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integrations
- Build pipelines to transform conversation data into structured data and BI insights
- Develop async/background processing with Celery
- Optimize data processing, database queries and system performance
- Integrate and work with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
- Collaborate on system architecture and AI/data workflows
- Your Skills and Experience
- Required
- 3+ years experience with Python backend
- Strong experience with Django / FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications and LLM pipelines
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Understanding of conversation data processing / BI
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Celery / async processing
- Good understanding of API design and system architecture
- Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with MCP
- Experience with RAG, Vector Database, Context Management, StructuredOutput
- Experience building AI agents / tool calling workflows
- Experience with ETL/ELT or data pipelines
- Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Experience with ClickHouse, dbt or analytics systems
