Tổng quan

Review monthly tracking files for short-term/long-term prepaid expenses and fixed assets; perform prepaid expense and fixed asset declaration, allocation and depreciation in ERP; handle fixed asset termination/disposal.
Review payment documents, Journal Vouchers (JV), cash receipt vouchers, cash payment vouchers, and TT forms.
Review, revise, and update descriptions on all accounting vouchers in ERP.
Handle recording, reviewing, and adjusting accounting entries and transaction descriptions related to purchase expense invoices and goods receipt invoices in the ERP system.
Record accrual expenses. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical reports. Monthly checking VAT report.
Manage reports on short-term foreign loan and debt repayment.
Monitor and update new legal regulations related to accounting and taxation through Vietnam Law and Thu Vien Phap Luat websites and update to team.
Support AP and AR functions and manage document filing.
Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Finance & Accounting
Have knowledge at accounting; have experience about fixed assets, prepaid expenses, AP
Experience working with an ERP system and work in manufacturing environment is preferred
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Be able to work independently and teamwork spirit
