Tổng quan
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance strategies, annual maintenance plans, and schedules for production equipment and utility systems.
- Lead maintenance planning, shutdown, overhaul, and major maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, equipment breakdown, and maintenance costs.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for recurring or critical equipment failures.
- Manage spare parts planning, inventory strategy, and critical spare parts to ensure equipment availability while optimizing inventory costs.
- Develop and control maintenance budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, spare parts, and external maintenance services.
- Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance optimization, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance services, equipment, spare parts, and technical support.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance planning/team to ensure technical capability and performance achievement.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Safety, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including experience in a supervisory/management role.
- Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Reliability, RCA, TPM, and maintenance KPIs.
- Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance budget management is preferred.
- Good leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
