Tổng quan

Plan, organize, and supervise daily shipping operations.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Monitor shipping schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
Lead and train the shipping team to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
In-depth understanding of Vietnamese import-export laws, trade regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Work Environment
Factory-based role with regular interaction with suppliers and production teams.
Reports directly to factory’s Vice President.
