Develop and execute procurement strategies to support production and maintenance operations.
Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
Lead procurement of machinery, industrial equipment, spare parts, technical services, and CAPEX projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost, and service.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement reports, budget forecasts, and supplier performance evaluations.
