As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our freight forwarding business and driving revenue growth.
Develop new customers (freehand sales) and generate new revenue in line with the approved sales budget plan.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnership and sustainable revenue growth.
Follow up on all sales leads from HQ and the network development team.
Provide customers with shipping solutions, quotations, and service schedules tailored to their logistics needs.
Monitor service performance and market competitiveness of shipping lines, carriers, and airlines; evaluate and recommend suitable partners to the Manager.
Collect market intelligence and contribute to business development strategies through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
Submit all required sales reports accurately and on time.
Achieve KPI targets assigned by the Manager in alignment with company business objectives.
Gain valuable exposure to dangerous goods, chemical cargo, and tank container logistics.
Support other sales-related projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
