Tổng quan

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from order processing and documentation to shipment and delivery.
Ensure excellent customer service, operational accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL), purchase/ trading team of customers to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, shipment issues, and operational escalations.
Monitor backlog, shipment status, operational performance, and costs; provide accurate reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and local regulations.
Drive process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Managing and updating customer information, transport documents and data on the system
Coordinating with shipping lines, agents, ports/terminals, and relevant internal departments
Assisting with freight reconciliation, payments, and related administrative tasks.
