This position is responsible for production management and customer/factory support for UQ’s business operations, with the potential to become a key local talent for future business development.
Primary Job Functions:
Manage production progress, quality, and delivery with factories.
Support customers and factories and resolve production-related issues.
Negotiate with factories on production, quality, cost, and delivery.
Build strong relationships with factory management and key decision-makers.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, factories, and internal teams.
