Communicate with the Japanese headquarters and customers regarding orders, samples, production schedules, and deliveries.
Follow up on customer requirements, ensure timely responses, and provide appropriate support.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Merchandising and Quality Control
Prepare and manage documents related to orders, samples, quotations, and production.
Follow up on sample development, production progress, and shipment schedules, and conduct weekly on-site visits to factories to monitor production status
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
