Greet and welcome all members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage member check-in, guest sign-in, and cloakroom coordination.
Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Reservations & Enquiries
Manage dining and event reservations using the internal booking system.
Provide accurate and timely information about club services, events, and policies.
Coordinate with F&B and Guest Relations to manage service flow and arrivals.
Presentation & Environment
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Ensure club signage, welcome materials, and desk presentation are immaculate.
Uphold HAUS service standards and dress code at all times.
