Process orders, eg. Prepare pro-forma invoice and sales contracts
Coordinate with internal departments to monitor work to meet customer’s delivery time.
Record details of customer’s inquiries, comments and complaints and record actions taken.
Maintain customer database.
Making quotes and price lists as required.
Updating follow up on PI list for new PI amount.
Make order description based on manager’s instruction once deposit for an order has been received then send to planning, technical and production team.
Contacting forwarder to arrange booking. Get container and make related shipping documents and customs declaration.
Follow up and update inventory of imported fabrics.
Assist and participate in company marketing activities when required such as trade fairs, photoshoots… ect.
Administrate local sales and local order shipments
Good at English and communicate with overseas customers.
Reporting
Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader
College degree or higher
Have 03 years or more experience in a similar position.
