Receive and process customer orders; manage order progress and production schedules through to shipment.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during production.
Prepare production documents and samples for factory execution.
Closely monitor customer requirements to ensure accurate production guidance and timely product completion.
Conduct final inspections/meetings before shipment.
Ensure on-time delivery and product quality in line with business partner requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager or General Director.
