We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities at our theme entertainment fabrication factory. You will ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company standards while promoting a strong safety culture across all production operations.
Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and safety management systems.
Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to identify and eliminate hazards.
Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities for high-risk operations such as hot work, work at height, lifting operations and confined spaces.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Organize HSE training, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor fire protection systems, emergency preparedness and conduct emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, ISO 45001 principles and company HSE standards.
Prepare HSE reports, maintain safety records and monitor corrective action progress.
Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental performance.
