Support Project manager in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is under control
Set up the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project
Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out instruction of PM
Manage/introduce and train under staffs
Read and understand drawing deeply, point out unreasonable points in drawings
Understand construction progress deeply, negotiate with contractor/ consultant to find out best construction method in specific jobs
Check and compare Project’s achievement with plan
Manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
Check project documents and payment documents.
Manage and prepare regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.
Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
Lead in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
Host project meetings and review meeting minutes with PM
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project.
Salary: Salary during 2-month probation: 100% salary + 1,000,000
Lunch allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month
13th-month salary + year-end bonus + Quarterly bonus (15 to 16 months’ salary per year)
