- Develop an understanding of Phu My Hung’s marketing strategies and the strategies of other companies in the real estate sector in the Northern market.
- Develop digital marketing activities for brand-building purposes rather than direct sales, which may affect employee bonuses or income.
- Continuously adapt marketing plans to meet changing business plans.
- Be willing to travel to projects in Northern Vietnam.
- Explore and develop markets, customers, and partners in the Northern market.
- Communication & Marketing Planning
- Advise and take responsibility for developing communication plans in line with the Company’s direction, including:
- o General market information
- o Digital marketing
- o OOH
- o Co-branding
- o Development of Phu My Hung’s social media channels
- o Communication materials
- Marketing Campaign Execution
- Implement detailed activities under the overall Marketing Plan, including:
- o Digital advertising campaigns
- o Working with partners to deploy LED screen advertising and OOH campaigns
- o Producing communication props, content, visuals, and corporate introduction films
- o Carrying out communication activities at events
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor the performance of assigned activities.
- Prepare reports on the assigned marketing activities.
- Propose solutions and adjustment plans where necessary.
- Sales Training & Project Communication
- Organize internal training sessions for the Sales team on project sales plans, key project information, and relevant updates.
- Ensure Sales Consultants have a comprehensive understanding of project information and are well-prepared to effectively implement the sales plan.
