- Perform Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and product inspections according to production schedules and delivery plans.
- Conduct inspections based on inspection standards, work instructions, and check sheets; support the development and maintenance of quality documents.
- Monitor product quality, manage non-conforming products (NG), support root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor 4M changes and conduct quality patrols on production lines to ensure process compliance.
- Support supplier quality activities and participate in quality improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Provide quality training for inspectors and production operators while ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.

- Perform and manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for materials and components according to quality standards and production plans.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, work instructions (WI), inspection standards, and quality documents.
- Support internal/external audits, manage NCR/CAR, monitor 4M changes, non-conformities, and supplier quality performance.
- Conduct process audits, quality patrols, and shipping quality control (OQC); investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports, maintain QA documentation, and manage departmental administrative tasks, including budget and purchasing.
- Train and certify quality inspectors, promote Kaizen activities, and ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the QA Manager.
