Tổng quan

Provide Line support/work with Operations on all products testing issues (testers, hardware/accessories, correlation failures, failures verification & disposition etc.)
Responsible to work closely with Lab Operations, to ensure all product and equipment test setup issues are attended on timely manner with minimum delay (to meet OTD)
Responsible for performing periodic preventive maintenance on all equipment /chambers & support process related evaluations/improvements
Responsible to ensure all loading into & unloading out of chambers, of all ONRMS runs, for all reliability tests are done per the schedule
Responsible to work closely with Lab Operations, to ensure all loading & unloading activities are done timely ( to meet OTD) and zero quality issues
Perform periodic preventive maintenance work on lab equipments, testing support & loading/unloading activities
Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment / system.
Assist engineer in lab capabilities improvement activities
Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
Provide technical services to internal and external customers
