  • Internal Communications and Employee Engagement
  • Develop and execute internal communication and employee engagement strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective communications, leadership messaging, and employee communications across multiple channels.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and internal communication initiatives that strengthen organizational alignment and engagement.
  • Create impactful content and storytelling materials while leveraging insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Digital Communications and AI Enablement
  • Lead / Support digital communication initiatives, including onboarding, induction, and digital learning programs, to enhance employee experience and communication effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve content development, streamline communication processes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of communication platforms and technologies, driving continuous improvement through data, insights, and innovation.
  • Regional and Global Communications Support
  • Support the deployment of regional and global communication programs and campaigns in Vietnam.
  • Adapt global content and messaging to local business priorities and employee audiences.
  • Coordinate with regional communication teams to deliver assigned projects and communication activities.
  • Ensure timely execution and consistent implementation of corporate initiatives across Vietnam.
  • Corporate Branding and External Communications
  • Support corporate branding and external communication initiatives, including media materials, leadership profiling, corporate storytelling, and award submissions.
  • Develop content for corporate and employer branding channels to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
  • Support media and stakeholder engagement activities while promoting company achievements, sustainability initiatives, and people-focused stories.
  • EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Employee Engagement, or related disciplines, with experience in leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, and communication program management. Experience in multinational or matrix organizations and exposure to digital transformation or change initiatives are preferred.
  • Communication and Content Development: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to develop engaging content, compelling narratives, and impactful presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Digital, Analytical and Project Management Skills: Familiarity with digital communication platforms, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven communication practices, supported by strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
