Tổng quan

  • Planning:
  • Maintain production schedules to meet forecasted demand while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure production plans align with inventory levels, lead times, and capacity constraints.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs.
  • Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Prepare reports on production schedules, and inventory status to management.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Liaise with various departments, including KAM, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing, Shipment to ensure alignment on demand and production plans.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to address any issues or changes in plans.
  • Provide support in resolving production or supply chain issues that impact delivery or inventory levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM) may be preferred.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management is advantageous.
  • English Communication
  • Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
