Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage the monthly month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for KSA/UAE.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure key financial controls are completed for KSA/UAE.
Support the preparation of annual local financial statements for KSA/UAE and coordinate with external auditors (KPMG).
Prepare and maintain KSA/UAE KPI reporting in collaboration with the CFO and executive team.
Perform quarterly account reconciliations for the Vietnam entity and provide finance and accounting support as required.
Support the continuous improvement of local accounting and reporting processes.
Payroll
Prepare, review, and file monthly payroll for company employees.
Ensure payroll-related accounting and reporting are accurate and completed on time.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers on payroll-related matters.
Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable local requirements and internal policies.
Process & Systems Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of finance processes.
Optimize the use of Excel and finance systems to streamline daily activities and reporting.
Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations.
Participate in finance development, transformation, and process improvement projects.
