Receive, inspect, and record returned warranty failure parts from dealers based on approved claims; verify defect condition, completeness, and consistency with claim information; maintain full traceability and status control.
Manage labeling, storage, and condition status of returned parts pending investigation or shipment; ensure 5S, safety, and compliance.
Coordinate with warranty team and dealers to follow up on missing, overdue, or documentation-incomplete return cases.
Prepare and arrange shipment of failure parts to IML/IMIT/local suppliers within standard lead time; provide inspection results, photos, and part condition reports to support investigation.
Prepare periodic reports on returned parts status, overdue cases, and shipment progress; propose improvement actions to reduce delays and claim/part mismatches.
Control and issue warranty booklets, customer care vouchers; review and process dealer warranty registration submissions for approval.
