Tổng quan

Assist in preparing Town Planning drawings, council submission documents, and Working Drawings.
Support the preparation of construction details, including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery
details, and RCP.
Update drawings and documentation based on manager or senior team members’ instructions.
Follow Nexgenus’s drafting standards, templates, and documentation procedures.
Coordinate with senior team members, Technical Support, and internal teams when clarification is
required.
Maintain proper document control, versioning, and filing.
Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and completed within assigned timelines.
Learn and apply Australian residential construction knowledge, NCC, BCA, TP requirements, and
company standards.
Communicate in English with managers and team members for work-related matters when required.
Work location: 7 Pasteur, Hai Chau, Da Nang, Vietnam.
