IT Infrastructure Management
Assist in the design, deployment, maintenance, and administration of the IT infrastructure.
Perform regular health checks, upgrades, and patches to ensure high availability.
Configure and maintain On-premises Hyper-V server infrastructure.
Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Assist end users in their day-to-day operations and onboard new employees.
Maintain detailed documentation for IT configurations, network topology, troubleshooting steps, and operational processes.
Security & Compliance
Follow best practices to ensure IT infrastructure efficiency, security, and compliance.
Develop and implement a disaster recovery plan, including backups, to ensure business continuity.
Procurement & Asset Management
Assist in procuring IT equipment for optimal performance and future scalability.
Keep track of all IT subscriptions and ensure timely renewals.
ICT Project Management & Business Alignment
Research, design, and implement ICT projects based on business needs.
Test, evaluate, and assess the feasibility of new software programs.
Liaise with the Group ICT team for effective management of Group ICT operations.
