Develop and execute material procurement plans to support production schedules and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, and recommend replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials while preventing stock shortages and excess inventory.
Maintain accurate material planning data in the SAP ERP system, including lead times, safety stock levels, reorder parameters, and material master data.
Plan and balance material requirements based on the Bill of Materials (BOM), material consumption standards, and production schedules.
Update material and packaging changes in the ERP system and adjust material planning accordingly.
Coordinate with the Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control (QC), and Production teams on material planning and supply-related activities.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, material requirements, and material supply plans.
Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.
