Lead technical discussions with customers to understand application needs, product requirements, performance targets, and manufacturing constraints.
Coordinate technical reviews, RFQ assessments, feasibility studies, customer meetings, and project kick-offs.
Work with design, process, production, quality, commercial, and supplier teams to evaluate manufacturability, process capability, yield, cost, risk, and scalability.
Present technical options and trade-offs clearly, align stakeholders on decisions, and drive follow-up actions to closure.
Support new product introduction, customer qualification, and transfer-to-production activities, including resolution of cross-functional technical issues.
Capture customer feedback and relevant market needs, then translate them into product improvements or technology roadmap recommendations.
Travel internationally when required for customer visits, supplier discussions, technical workshops, project reviews, or manufacturing support.
