Review fabrication drawings, specifications, standards, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
Perform dimensional inspections of product before and after welding.
Inspect alignment, flatness, levelness, squareness, elevation, and positioning of structural components.
Maintain and calibrate measurement instruments in accordance with internal procedures.
Final inspection before release to next stage.
Invite customers to check as following ITP
Issue report and sent to customer review & approval
AUTHORITY:
Authorized to accept or reject components based on dimensional inspection results
Authorized to verify calibration status of measurement tools and remove tools from service if found uncalibrated or damaged.
May stop production or hold parts if critical dimensions are out of tolerance or if measurement tools are non-compliant
