Tổng quan

Job Overview:
a. Product Planning & Range Selection:
Work with Japan headquarter to select and plan product ranges for upcoming seasons.
Analyze previous sales data and market trends to identify popular items and gaps.
Collaborate on pricing strategies, markdowns, and promotions.
b. Sales Analysis & Forecasting:
Monitor sales performance and create reports to track the success of different product lines.
Forecast future sales and adjust stock levels accordingly.
Identify underperforming products and make recommendations for improvement or discontinuation.
c. Stock Management:
Ensure appropriate stock levels across all stores and channels.
Coordinate with the Inventory Control team to manage deliveries and stock replenishment.
Plan for Price Promotion and/or Markdown to minimize excess inventory and stockouts.
d. Visual Merchandising Coordination:
Provide guidelines and support to VMD teams for product presentation.
Ensure seasonal trends and promotional campaigns are effectively implemented in visual displays.
e. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Keep track of shipment and arrange inbound to ensure new product launch date.
f. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing, visual merchandising, store operations, inventory control and logistics teams.
Participate in strategy meetings to align merchandising plans with business objectives.
