Tổng quan

Identify and source potential land plots and real estate projects that align with the Company’s investment strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, business partners, banks, and other relevant parties.
Conduct site surveys and collect and preliminarily assess information relating to planning, legal status, existing conditions, and transaction terms of potential land plots.
Conduct preliminary investment feasibility analysis and support the preparation of Pre-FS/FS reports and project development plans.
Conduct real estate market research, including selling prices, rental rates, competitors, supply, and market trends.
Participate in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with landowners and business partners.
Prepare proposals, term sheets, project reports, and other documents for submission to Management.
Follow up on investment opportunities from the initial sourcing stage through negotiation, signing, and project implementation.
