Task 1: design, shop dwg: to review basic & detail design docs, and shop dwg, in particular coordination among ARC, STR, MEP, landscape.
Task 2 site coordination: Supervise and manage construction contractors, project consultants, ensure quality, progress and safety throughout the construction process.
Task 3 site QA/QC: Coordinate with consultants to check quality records and completion records of the project. Coordinate with supervision consultants to check material quality and construction quality at the site.
Task 4 site inspection: Monitor, inspect, and accept construction work at each stage and complete inspection work.
Task 5 site time schedule: Coordinate planning, progress and detailed volume to manage and implement construction items.
Task 6 notice, payment, docs, filing, adm: Review payment and settlement records and work arising from contractors.
