  • Sales team leadership & performance
  • Lead, coach and hold accountable the direct sales and EPC partner executives who report into this role.
  • Set targets, KPIs, and segment/territory coverage; build a performance culture with clear activity metrics and a regular forecasting cadence.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent.
  • EPC & channel partners
  • Own the EPC partner strategy: recruit, enable and manage EPC and channel partners as a scalable origination channel.
  • Manage partner tiering, commercial terms, SLAs and joint pipeline reviews to drive partner-sourced volume.
  • Direct sales (Household and C&I)
  • Drive direct origination for Household and C&I rooftop solar (typically 50 kWp – 1 MWp+), from lead to signed contract.
  • Personally lead strategic and large accounts and complex commercial negotiations from proposal through to completion.
  • Sales process & CRM
  • Design and enforce a standardised, stage-gated sales process from lead to close.
  • Own the CRM as the single source of truth: stage definitions, mandatory fields, data hygiene and team adoption.
  • Implement sales playbooks, proposal templates, pricing guardrails and approval workflows.
  • Pipeline & forecasting
  • Own pipeline coverage, conversion rates and forecast accuracy; report weekly to leadership.
  • Cross-functional
  • Partner with engineering and leadership teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, bankable and deliverable.
  • Keep actively updated with market intelligence (pricing, competitors, regulatory and incentive changes) to feed into commercial strategy.
