Tổng quan

  • Accounting and Business Operation – 70%
  • Record and review daily accounting transactions in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and internal policies.
  • Create and process sales orders in OA and Oracle; verify customer information, prices, quantities, discounts, and payment terms.
  • Issue VAT invoices for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce transactions; process invoice adjustments, replacements, and sales returns.
  • Perform monthly closing, including accruals, depreciation, allocations, foreign-exchange revaluation, and adjustment entries.
  • Manage AR, AP, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile inventory after monthly stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Reconcile data among Oracle, MISA, e-invoices, bank records, warehouse reports, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare general accounting and consolidated reports, including revenue, expenses, AR/AP, cash and bank, inventory, taxes, and balance-sheet reconciliation reports.
  • Review revenue, costs, sales returns, promotions, import transactions, and landed costs.
  • Organize, file, and retain accounting documents in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support Sales, E-commerce, Warehouse, HR, and other departments with accounting and compliance matters.
  • Regulatory Reporting and Government Authorities – 20%
  • Prepare or review VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, transfer-pricing, statistical, social insurance, and other statutory reports.
  • Prepare explanations and supporting documents for tax inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities, social insurance agencies, the State Bank, DOIT, police authorities, auditors, and external service providers.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on required actions.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis – 10%
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
  • Prepare budget-versus-actual, revenue, cost, gross-profit, and inventory analyses.
  • Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Finance & Operations Manager.
