Tổng quan

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production of electric vehicles.
Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP and IMS systems within the manufacturing operations.
Solve production issues as they arise, providing technical expertise and effective solutions.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports on manufacturing performance to the Head of Manufacturing.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production and process issues.
Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in the plant.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Review and approve Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and control plans.
Manage the engineering change request process to ensure timely and effective implementation of changes.
Collaborate with the Research and Development team to ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design for manufacturability.
Work with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and components, and evaluate suppliers based on quality and reliability.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance protocols and ensure alignment with manufacturing processes.
Assist in prototyping and pilot runs for new products, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.
Participate in supplier audits and assessments to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
Drive innovation initiatives within the manufacturing process and support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to improve production efficiency.
Support and implement sustainable manufacturing practices to reduce environmental impact.
Ensure alignment between production processes and company objectives.
Work with production planning to develop efficient production schedules and minimize downtime.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and production goals are achieved.
He/She should be responsible for Implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineering.
Provide training on new processes, equipment, and best practices to ensure team proficiency and adherence to standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Recognize and reward high performance and innovation within the team.
Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for learning and development.
Manage team resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Support continuous professional development and training programs for team members.
