About Dat Bike:
Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate local and overseas suppliers; manage RFQs and support supplier selection decisions.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost and service targets.
Maintain supplier database and monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Purchasing Operations:
Create and manage purchase orders in ERP; track order status through delivery and acceptance.
Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, QA, Production, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Resolve daily operational issues including shipment delays, quantity discrepancies, and quality concerns.
Ensure procurement documents, invoices, and compliance certificates are properly maintained.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior purchasing staff when required.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement :
Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning.
Propose and support improvements to purchasing processes, ERP workflows, and supplier management practices.
