- Issue invoices promptly for export shipments based on ETD
- Ensure all information on issued invoices is accurate
- Communicate with customers regarding invoice's information
- Inspect and issue receipts for customers making cash payments at MSC office (for export cash customers)
- File documents in orderly manner (the cancellation minute, the adjustment minute, the authority letter)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by upper levels
Yêu cầu
- From 1 year of experience in Accounting or related field
- Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Accounting or Finance
- Key Competencies & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Good English in both speaking and writing
- High responsibility, integrity, objectivity, and independency
- Strong reading and comprehension skills
- Good communication skills
- Careful and hard-working with eyes for details
