Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract execution.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales performance reports.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
