Manage relationships and transactions with existing customers; identify, approach, and present sales offers to prospective customers.
Prepare and issue quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and provide support throughout the entire order fulfillment process.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to develop production plans.
Proactively monitor production progress, update order status, and resolve arising issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Track the delivery process and support the resolution of any post-delivery issues, if applicable
Accompany customers on visits to the factory when needed.
