Submit monthly NVO volume reports to the Manager
Manage and arrange bookings with shipping liners/airlines/co-loaders according to shipment plans
Manage House B/L & AWB issuance, revenue, and shipment costs.
Comply with the company’s quality management system and department procedures.
Ensure productivity and service quality, meeting customer requirements.
Handle daily operational tasks.
In-depth knowledge of air freight and ocean freight markets.
Strong network and good relationships with shipping lines and carriers.
Excellent negotiation skills in freight rates and service terms
Certain tasks will be assigned directly by BOD and GM.
REQUIREMENT:
College degree or above in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or other related fields
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
Knowledge of import and export operations
Good English skills to be able to read documents, exchange emails, make phone calls, or communicate at work are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/ Excel/ Email/ Internet)
Clear communication, good planning, analytical & problem-solving skills, teamwork, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible in handling situations; cooperative, dedicated, supportive.
Agile, able to organize tasks effectively.
Having experience working for a Japanese company is preferred
