Tổng quan

Financial Accounting:
Support the Finance Head in monitoring and managing the Accounting team.
Manage General Ledger (GL) posting and reconciliation for all accounts.
Perform inventory and GL reconciliation.
Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory reports.
Monitor accounting activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Supply Chain Finance Management:
Monitor inventory and support customer service activities from a finance perspective.
Take a key role in forecasting and coordination between Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization.
Coordinate shipment clearance and resolve issues with Customs Clearance Agents (CHA), 3PLs and suppliers.
Monitor input costs and support COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation and management.
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure effective inventory and cost management.
Office Management & Internal Process:
Support the setup and implementation of internal company processes.
Contribute to team development and capability building.
Set up and monitor team KPIs and performance appraisal.
Monitor legal updates and support relevant filing/documentation when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Management Team.
