Issue purchase orders for overseas and local materials, including fabrics and accessories.
Monitor PI, delivery schedules, and shipment status to ensure on-time supply.
Review and analyze Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and update purchasing reports accordingly.
Prepare and manage purchasing documents such as POs, contracts, and related records; coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Handle payment arrangements, quality claims, and follow-up actions, including replacements, shipping documents, and inventory reconciliation with warehouse and shipping teams.
