Control the sample development and order process according to plan; monitor order progress to ensure timelines are met and on-time delivery is achieved
Conduct order forecasting; coordinate with the planning department to adjust production and ensure adequate preparation of equipment and resources
Proactively handle issues arising with customers and production, ensuring compliance with requirements and maintaining progress and quality.
Maintain and promote effective communication both internally and with external stakeholders (customers, production teams, etc.) to enhance coordination and improve quality
Develop and implement annual goals/KPIs for employees; monitor and ensure team performance meets established targets
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
