Tổng quan

  • Production Planning
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
  • Operate the Manufacturing module in Odoo; collect, organize, and analyze production data and performance metrics to support production planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Maintenance to ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available.
  • Update and adjust production schedules when priorities change.
  • Follow up on production orders to ensure on-time completion.
  • Monitor production performance against the production plan.
  • Inventory & Material Control
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available.
  • Monitor material consumption and report any abnormal usage.
  • Support inventory reconciliation when required.
  • Other tasks:
  • Assist in resolving production issues and escalating major problems to the Head of Operations.
  • Others tasks assigned from Direct Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or production administration.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP/Odoo systems is an advantage.
  • English communication skills are preferred
