- Manage samples and special projects.
- Ensure the Admin team keeps all information updated on Basecamp.
- Share information with the factory and maintain updated internal information.
- Communicate product information with the Engineering Admin and Marketing team.
- Manage time effectively, achieve company goals, and collaborate with the Operations Team.
- Review project and sample status weekly and unresolved issues daily.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely, accurate responses to internal and external requirements.
- Ensure all sample categories under the Product Admin & Support Associate meet sample deadlines.
